What is DigAlerts?
DigiAlerts helps you configure and notify additional users on the status of the notifications
Who will get these notifications ?
Upto 10 email addresses, excluding your registered email address with DIGIO on production, can be configured to receive these notifications
Notifications to registered email addresses will continue as usual
What types of notifications are covered ?
- Scheduled & Unscheduled maintenance on external systems (eg: UIDAI, CA-ESP, DigiLocker NPCI, Banks etc)
- Fluctuations observed on external systems
- Resolution updates
- Any system updates, upgrades etc
Note: You will receive notifications specific to the products / services you have subscribed to for the particular registered account
Please use this feature to keep multiple stakeholders within your organization informed
To add recipients and configure mailing list, please refer below:
- Login to https://enterprise.digio.in with your registered email address and password
- Click on "Profile" in top-right corner
- Select "Mailing List" > "View/Add Mailing List" to add up to 10 email addresses and view existing added mailing list at any point of time
- You can add/delete recipients as required
