What is DigiForms?

What is an Open Access form?
Corporates or Organizations can now configure form links on their site/application that can be used directly by the customers to fill forms without any hassle. Open Access forms are essentially Digiforms that can be published over the internet.
How to create an Open Access form?
Any existing forms in the Forms Dashboard can be opened for access on the internet.
- Forms dashboard will have an option “Open Access Forms” which will allow users to select forms to be opened.
- Once the desired form(s) are selected, users can see the settings in which they can enable Anonymous View.
- Users can choose whether to generate a document from the form.
- Users will also have the option to choose the signature type if they wish the underlying document to be signed post filling. The following signatures types will be supported:
- Aadhaar
- Electronic
- DSC
- User can also choose who pays for these signatures
- Organization
- End Customer if these are customer centric forms.
- Users can also choose to add post signing email receivers. Once signing is completed on the document, these receivers will be notified via email with the signed document attached for reference.
- Once the above settings are done, users can update the form and copy the form URL to be shared or configured as desired.
- Open Access Forms can also be filtered on the dashboard from the tab besides the Active Forms tab.
